The heat wave in the Ligue 1 climate continues; and with teams like Monaco and PSG on cue to detonate explosive maneuvers, audiences should expect pitch spectacles barely seen in other football matches. This tourney will mark both sides’ sixth appearance in the French top-flight league and is scheduled to take place on September 22 at the Parc des Princes stadium (Paris). With the sides staying strong on an unbeaten streak so far, this battle will surely be a hotspot for online betting jamboree.

PSG had their first two matches in a draw, with Montpellier 1-1 in the curtain raiser and with Ajaccio 1-1 in their second appearance. Quite safe, but these earlier matches did not prove much of the side’s capability as a monstrous ensemble, until their first win came in their third stint. PSG lorded over Nantes on a 2-1 final score, in a match that saw Lavezzi breathtakingly cancel out rivals’ equalizer. Their fourth match was even more spectacular, having scored two goals against Guingamp’s zero. Even with Javier Pastore out due to injury, PSG were still able to skyrocket in the League table with a 2-0 win over Bordeaux in their fifth match, thereby sealing their five-match streak with a riveting third-spot standing. The pressure is still on, but the side are expecting a bright future ahead.

Monaco, despite their “only promoted” stature, are proving that they, too, have the capacity to deliver promising innings. “Promising” may have been an understatement, as the side have been extremely successful in the competition. They opened their stint with a winning finish over Tottenham Hotspur, followed it up with another pair of victories from Bordeaux and Montpellier, and have drawn with Toulouse in their fourth match. Their tourney against Marseille was another triumph, further showing how aggressive the team can be when invited for a duel. In their most recent match, Monaco continued their leadership in the rankings, after Lorient submitted to their opponents’ power in a 1-0 score. As expected, Radamel Falcao was the match’s saving glory.

Football betting tip: It is tremendously difficult to maintain a magnificent record, but with Monaco winning almost all of their matches in a seemingly very easy manner, it seems like an unassailable streak is possible. PSG will remain a major adversary, an enormous threat in fact. However, Falcao and his teammates will maintain solid scoring, which will allow them to finish this battle in their favor.
