Spain’s top-flight league never advances without leaving audiences and online betting enthusiasts any spectacle to enjoy. Barcelona, for one, hold key performances that keep La Liga breathing in vibrant life. This September 21, the powerhouse side will prove yet again that the Spanish top-level football is a hub for the ‘great and powerful.’ They will be visiting the Estadio del Rayo Vallecano to exchange maneuvers with Madrid-based club, Rayo.

Barcelona have three players expected not to turn up in this round, with Puyol, Afellay, and Cuenca sidelined. This, however, will not have a sizable impact on the side’s performance in the pitch. Lionel Messi is onboard, and with the recent hat tricks he scored for his side in La Liga and in the Champions League, coach Gerardo Martino has very little to worry about. Thus far, Barça have remained undefeated since La Liga took its onset. The side have already accumulated a dozen points from four matches, conceded only four goals, and scored 14 innings to their record. In addition, the squad attained the highest scoring for this season so far, with a 7-0 home win against Levante.

Rayo Vallecano might not get Falque, Castillo, Carlos, and Bangoura to perform in this match, but lucky enough, the side’s best scorer Alberto Bueno is still fully equipped to defend his team. Rayo opened their campaign with an impressive 3-0 victory over Elche, allowing them to rank second in the league’s first week of competitions. However, Paco Jémez’s men have since lost their momentum, losing all their subsequent matches and falling steeply in the rankings. A highly dismaying 5-0 away defeat was scored in their tourney with Atletico Madrid; and as if the embarrassment was not yet felt, they have done it again when they met with Malaga at the Estadio La Rosaleda.

The current crowd and football betting favorites show very little sign of any demise. Whereas the underdogs are basking in the miraculous sun to achieve a second win in their campaign. Barcelona will easily win this round, netting three goals more than what Rayo Vallecano could obtain.
