La Liga Match Preview: Osasuna vs. Barcelona

Updated: October 9, 2013

Match Date: 19 October 2013

Match Venue: Estadio El Sadar, Pamplona, Navarre

Despite winning their most recent match (against Malaga 1-0) and finding new points to re-paint their form, Osasuna are still ranked in the table’s bottom three. This is due largely to their deep mound of upsets they incurred from the majority of their tourneys. Thus far, the side have only won twice while the rest of their fixtures finished in terrible defeats. Although they are returnees to the league, Los Rojillos seem to be finding a hard time acclimatizing in the top-tier tournament. Oriol Riera is the troupe’s best man to save them from further breakdown, but the likes of him may not match-up to the strengths of players from clubs like Barcelona.

Even with all competitions included, Barcelona remain undefeated. The league table’s top occupants have no sympathy of letting their opponents rule over them. While a few draws may have been scored, Barça run a bulldozer that hoards victories in most of their outings. There is very little to worry about the club, although Leo Messi’s unavailability is certainly a snag to the squad’s campaign. Nevertheless, Neymar, Pedro, and Sanchez are just around to continue their fruitful crusade. In the Champions League, meanwhile, the side scored massive success over Ajax 4-0. Most recently, they silenced Celtic in a 0-1 away victory.

Football betting tip: There is hardly a chance for Osasuna to win this match over their opponents. The key players coach Javi Gracia has high hopes for are no match to the massive ensemble Barcelona flaunt. By the end of this tourney, a 3-0 tally will nod on the scoreboard, in favor of Barça.
