Vicenzo Montella’s genius, Guiseppi Rossi and the overall team spirit were integral to Fiorentina’s seemingly unstoppable strength. Pitted against Livorno, the Violas look forward to clinching three (3) points as they continue their journey in climbing the Serie A table. Definitely, the Violas remained as the online betting  favorite in the upcoming match.

Team Form

Fiorentina

Fiorentina’s narrow win over Sassuolo propelled their rank into the 4th spot of the table. It is evident that the Violas have successfully earned the reputation of being one of the best club’s in Serie A.  They still have a long way to go for the Scudetto race. But with thirty-six (36) points under its belt, this is already enough to at least, secure a place in the Champions League qualifiers. With a dose of consistency and hopefully, the return of Mario Gomez, Vicenzo Montella can finally breathe life into his proposed dream team, which was temporarily halted due to the former Bayern Munchen, striker.

Yet, despite the postponed plan, this is where Montella and the club’s brilliance rose. The adjustments made in the formation worked seamlessly. Although petty mistakes and shortcomings were encountered along the way, this did not prevent the club from improving. What is even more remarkable is how the players accepted the challenge.

Guiseppe Rossi for one, has been outstanding. He has already delivered fourteen (14) goals so far—including the spectacular hat trick against their nemesis, Juventus.

Unstoppable, consistent and determined—these stand out characteristics have been Fiorentina’s ticket to fame this season. And with the coming of the season’s second half, it is not impossible to see the Violas dominate the pitch and generate a victorious noise in Artemio Franchi. Triumphant shouts shall roar as Montella and his boys gear up for a strong finish.

Livorno

Livorno presents an entirely different story from Fiorentina. A loss to Udinese marked their 5th loss out of their last six (6) matches. Technically, they have been winless since a draw has been the best accomplishment that they have delivered so far.

Yet, looking on another angle, perhaps the lackluster performance can be understood and even forgiven, for that matter. The newly promoted club is still on a “long adjustment” period. The arena where they currently belong is more challenging than what have been imagined and maybe, this aspect has been also drowned by the spectacles and glamour of the top-flight league.

Davide Nicola readily understands this. The loss against Udinese barely shortened the head honcho’s patience and even expressed his appreciation of the club’s performance. Nevertheless, Nicola’s understanding does not mean that he is taking things lightly. The club’s top brass is aware of the need for a clinical striker who will satisfy the cravings for the much-needed goals. They have been defeated in their last six (6) away matches and they were unable to score in five (5) of them.

Livorno needs a major overhaul during the second half of the season. As of the moment, their current ambition is focus on ensuring their survival. It may not be an easy feat, but they can always give it their best try.

Football betting tip:  Fiorentina

Bragging an undefeated twenty-eight (28) matches out of their thirty-one (31) encounters, there is no doubt that the Violas soar high with flying colors as they meet the struggling Livorno.
