Match Date: 15 November 2014 (local time)

England vs. Slovenia

Group E can be fairly described as one of the most competitive groups in the qualifying stage. Majority of the teams included in the group was able to snatch a win and earn crucial points.

Despite the competition, the sports betting favorite, England, was able to dominate the group. Sporting nine (9) points, the squad looks forward to extending its lead when it faces Slovenia. Once again, Wayne Rooney’s leadership will be put to the test as he orchestrates the team’s success. This is also an opportunity for Saido Berahino to feature. The upcoming match is Berahino’s first cap and there could be no better way to show what he got than to score and propel England to victory.

On the other hand, the upcoming encounter is a chance for Slovenia to tie with England. Aware of their opponent’s home court advantage, the squad shall work hard to show that they’re not just plain pushovers.

Prediction: 2-2

San Marino vs. Estonia

San Marino is the only squad in the group that hasn’t snatched a single win. Theoretically speaking, they’re already out of the competition. Yet, at the very least, the team can play for honor and pride’s sake and have a graceful exit.

As for Estonia, going against San Marino translates to an overt winning opportunity. But they cannot be too complacent as the latter may pull off a great shock in the clash/.

Prediction: 0-3

Switzerland vs. Lithuania

Switzerland is considered as one of the strongest contenders in the tournament. But so far, its performance fell short of expectations and while it is true that they’re favored over Lithuania, the latter’s previous performances manifested strength— a kind of strength that will propel them to the apex of success.

Prediction: 1-1
