Week six of Bundesliga will see German superpowers, Borussia Dortmund, visit the Grundig-Stadion to wrestle with Nurnberg. This will be both sides’ first encounter against each other this season, and should this match catapult major interests from online bookies (which is highly plausible), football bettors who subscribe to European or Asian Sportsbooks will surely not miss the chance to get involved in this expectedly entertaining tourney.

Dortmund have built a defensive wall that other teams will find tremendously difficult to barge into. Last season’s runners up are currently leading the German pack, flaunting a perfect streak and earning 15 points in total from only five matches. Their landslide victory started in their curtain raiser, thrashing Augsburg in a massive 4-0 finish. Their subsequent matches were molded in almost the same caliber, except for an exceptionally superb 6-2 win over Hamburger. The side are undeniably in their best Bundesliga health; but when they were thrown to the Champions League feast, The Prussians seemed to have eaten the wrong main course. Italian champions Napoli slammed the German favorites in a 2-1 final tally. Gonzalo Higuain led his teammates and survived a late fight-back from Dortmund’s Juan Zúñiga to put their Champions League campaign off to a successful start.

Nurnberg are faced with a heavyweight challenge from their current opponents. The side have so far barely been able to place a clearly remarkable performance in the tournament after failing to achieve even just a single win in their first five Bundesliga matches. Currently positioned at number 16 (just one spot to the relegation zone) in the League table, The Club need substantial efforts to climb a taller ladder. They have already obtained two defeats at the back of their two draws in the competition’s opening. Their most recent match also concluded in a stalemate, scoring only one goal which was later equalized by Braunschweig. Michael Wiesinger’s players have more goals conceded than those scored for their own house.

Prediction: Nurnberg can put their best foot forward, strive to strengthen their defense, and try to create plenty of opportunities, but Dortmund will remain in control of this battle. Towards the match’s conclusion, the home side will only be able to score one goal against their visitors’ three.
