Cagliari

Cagliari made a strong statement following their impressive demolition job against Empoli. The squad thrashed their newly-promoted opponent in a 4-0 win that propelled them to the 12th spot of the Serie A table.

As if giving a warning to its future opponents, Zdenek Zeman expressed his satisfaction over his players’ performance and stressed that his lads played the way he wanted it. The Rossoblu unleashed a strong defensive attack against Empoli and looking at the result—four (4) goals and a clean sheet, the approach seems to work well within the Sardinian outfit.

AC Milan

The Rossoneris failed to take advantage of the opportunity to move higher in the Serie A table after Fiorentina forced them to settle for an even steven finish.

Nigel De Jong put Milan on the lead after netting a goal on the 25th minute. However, a determined Josip Ilicic scored the equalizer, much to the disappointment of the Rossoneris.

Frustrated with the result, the club’s manager, Filippo Inzaghi disclosed that he is also disappointed with the result of the said match.  Yet, he mentioned that the said match was the best game that the online betting favorite has ever had since the season started.
