Manchester City- Week 15

Manchester City vs. Everton

Match Date: 06 December 2014 (local time)

Venue: Etihad

Manchester City

The upcoming match is City’s perfect opportunity to move closer to Chelsea and hopefully, defend their title. They have already trimmed down the lead to six (6) and they cannot afford to miss any chances that come along their way. To drop points translates to surrendering the trophy in an unimpressive fashion.
City sports a strong form at home. They were victorious in 21 of their last 25 matches at Etihad and score an average of 2 goals.

Despite the strength that City displays at home, this will not intimidate the Toffees, for they have also performed well in the said ground. As a matter of fact, 4 of their last 7 encounters at Etihad enabled them to score three (3) points.

Everton could put up a good challenge in this particular match. There’s a possibility of ending in a draw, but City’s better form presents higher winning chances.  And with Sergio Aguero stepping up, it will be difficult to stop the defending champion.

Manchester City 3-1 Everton

West Ham United vs. Swansea

Match Date: 07 December 2014 (local time)

Venue: Goodison Park

West Ham United

West Ham’s impressive start explains why they’re sitting on the 5th spot of the league table. Pitted against another online betting favorite, Swansea, the squad will most likely capitalize on their strong form at home. They were undefeated in their last five (5) matches at home and news of Enner Valencia’s return will probably inspire them to present a top-notch performance.

Swansea is fully aware of how strong their opponent is. However, this will hardly affect their performance against the visitor. They trail West Ham by two (2) points and this mere lead isn’t even enough to scare them in the said match.

Expect to jump off your seat while watching this clash as both teams fight tooth and nail to gain three (3) points.
