Cordoba- Week 15

Valencia vs. Rayo Vallecano

Match Date: 13 December 2014 (local time)

Venue: Mestalla Stadium

Valencia’s 4-match losing streak caused them to fall into the 5th spot of the league table. The consequence of not collecting enough points is simply too frustrating to bear. This is most especially true for the squad that once made it to the top 3.

But Valencia is not the only team, which experiences the bitterness of being put to a sudden stop when everything seems to go well.

Rayo Vallecano also goes through such dilemma. After 2 consecutive wins, the club was hopeful that they’ll get a similar result when they go against Sevilla, but all their hopes went to ashes.

Pitted against the online betting favorite, Valencia, there’s a strong possibility for the club to experience another loss and drop further in the league table.

Cordoba vs. Levante

Match Date: 13 December 2014 (local time)

Venue: Nuevo Arcangel

Cordoba is on a high after clinching their first win this season. The best part of it was that they outlasted Atletico Bilbao, which was the apparent heavy favorite of the match. Despite remaining in the relegation zone, the club was able to improve its rank. It no longer struggles in the table’s rock bottom pit.

Yet, Cordoba cannot be too relaxed in their upcoming match. The season is far from being over. Likewise, Levante is a club that will not immediately wave the white flag no matter how rigid the competition is.
