Only three points and three spots separate Real Valladolid from Almeria and the sides share almost similar forms. The bottom half clubs managed to display some brilliant maneuvers in the latter parts of the season but have oftentimes faltered due to severe inconsistency problems, disciplinary shortcomings, and overall inefficiency.

Valladolid’s past five matches gave them one victory, three draws, and a defeat—a record that seems okay but is actually inadequate to help them escape the relegation zone. Almeria, who previously braved the storms to get out of the table’s riskiest spots, recently won a thriller against Real Sociedad 4-3. This served as redemption to the three consecutive defeats they incurred prior. They currently rank in 16th place.

Sports betting tip: A draw is very likely from this fixture.

Osasuna vs. Real Sociedad

Match Date: 30 March 2014 (local)

Match Venue: Estadio El Sadar

It has been five matches and Osasuna are still struggling to free themselves from the flanks of relegation threat. They remain one spot above the drop zone but their margin with the bottom occupants are getting narrower and narrower every passing week. Since phenomenally winning over Atletico Madrid six weeks ago, Osasuna have rapidly lost their track and began replicating their appalling performances at the start of the season. They have been in the relegation zone many times, and with the current trend they show, a return is very possible.

With the means to retaliate for their loss in Almeria, Real Sociedad rallied their way out of embarrassment by inflicting a 1-0 defeat at Real Valladolid. Jagoba Arrasate’s men definitely do not have the neatest form among the stronger clubs but they stay close to the table’s upper reaches through a mix of creativity and discipline. The current sixth placers have the abundance of talents and if harnessed properly until the season’s last fixture, could lead them to achieving a Champions League seeding.

Online betting tip: Real Sociedad will dominate the scoring in a wing-play situation.
