Frank Lampard Manchester City

News of Frank Lampard’s loan to Manchester City shocked many as the former Chelsea superstar was previously reported to build a career at MLS. But the intrigues and controversies in the English Premier League do not end in Lampard’s loan, there is more to come and some were even more unexpected than the others.

Hulk

Arsenal’s boss, Arsene Wenger is said to be keen on securing Hulk’s signature after an impressive performance at Zenit Saint Petersburg. The Brazilian poacher amassed thirty-five (35) goals in sixty-six (66) appearances and it readily caught Wenger’s attention.

Despite the failure to feature in the recently concluded World Cup, this did not prevent Wenger from incurring another reliable striker within his flank.

According  to reports a £26.3M bid is already set is already prepared for Hulk’s transfer.

Mats Hummels

Mats Hummels is another eye candy who impressed Wenger. However, the said transfer will only take place if rival, Manchester United signs Thomas Vermaelen.
Arsenal’s plan may create wide disparities against the Red Devils, which has previously been linked to the German star,

Dani Alves

Dani Alves has been hitting the headlines when news of his planned Barcelona exit broke out.

Alves was said to grace Inter, but his agent was quick to dismiss such reports, stating that there are no negotiations made between the two camps.

With Inter dealings about to break down, Liverpool enters into the picture as the race for the Brazilian defender’s signature continues.

Ezequiel Lavezzi

Sports betting favorite, Liverpool downplays the £16M fee that is needed to secure Lavezzi’s signature. As a matter of fact, the club is even willing to pay £18. 5M just to have the Argentine star stay at Anfield.

But the transfer will most likely take place after Barcelona clears its £75M bid for the controversial Luis Suarez.

Arturo Vidal

It is still unsure if Arturo Vidal will be kicking off the season with Juventus or Manchester United.
Vidal has been linked for a move to Old Trafford, but its head honcho, Louis van Gaal, despite his strong interest is wary of taking the Chilean sensation due to its troublesome knee injury.
