Newcastle United and Leicester City’s last couple of meetings took place five seasons ago, when both sides played in England’s second-tier league. The two-legged face-off produced one draw and one win for the home squad. In the current season of EPL, however, the world revolved on the opposite direction. Leicester are presently six spots (or five points) clear of their rivals, boasting of two wins, three draws, and two defeats. Newcastle United are buried in the relegation zone and have yet to score their first win of the season. Based on their latest top-tier results, both sides were held in a 2-2 draw by their opponents.

Football betting tip: Newcastle United and Leicester City will produce a stalemate.

Queens Park Rangers vs. Liverpool

Match Date: 19 October 2014 (local)

Match Venue: Loftus Road

Newly promoted QPR might have to endure a few more series of castigations as their campaign in the new season of the Premier League seems to be not doing very well, really not. They may have won once and held their opponents also one, but they have been beaten in the majority of their battles. They currently rank in the lowest spot of the league table and will need a dramatic form improvement in order to catch up with the increasing pressures of the competition.

Occupying a spot in the mid-table, Liverpool are a major disappointment this season. They are supposed to be among the title chasers but a saga of wrong decisions, errors, and failures prevented them from making spectacles. Nevertheless, they are still seen as powerful players and their resilience will keep them positive about seizing their very first Premier League silverware.

Sports betting tip: Liverpool will carry the day at the expense of QPR.
