QPR have yet to earn a point from their top-flight efforts as their first two matches have so far been uncomforting. The newly promoted side are not yet too akin at acclimatizing in the tournament as they lost 0-1 to Hull City from their opening fixture and lost again 4-0 to Tottenham Hotspur from their subsequent battle. Meanwhile, Sunderland have entered the competition with neither a spectacle to brag about nor a disaster to be saddened for. Their first two Premier League matches produced two points, having scored deadlocks against West Brom 2-2 and Manchester United 1-1. While The Hoops are excellent at creating scoring chances (which, obviously, they fail to convert), The Black Cats show acumen in attacking set pieces.

Football betting tip: Sunderland will score their third straight draw from Queens Park Rangers.

Newcastle United vs. Crystal Palace

Match Date: 30 August 2014 (local)

Match Venue: St. James’ Park

Newcastle United have only picked up one point from their opening fixtures in the Premier League, but Crystal Palace’s dilemma is much worse as they have lost all the points to their rivals in their first two league matches this season. The hosts were rendered goalless by defending champions Manchester City in their season debut and conceded two goals, while they were held by Aston Villa in an empty deadlock for their second league appearance. The visitors, meanwhile, were able to score one a few goals in both of their matches but the paucity of good defending skills (or perhaps, an effective manager) caused them to concede five goals (aggregate) to their opponents Arsenal 2-1 and West Ham United 1-3.

Online betting tip: Newcastle United will earn all the marbles against Crystal Palace.
