With 21 straight weeks of successful results, Juventus are already making it extremely difficult for other Serie A title chasers to achieve the championship. The squad are now 14 points clear of their nearest rivals and are likely to continue bagging all the possible points. Their past five top-tier matches, while not necessarily abundant in goals, provided them clean sheets that further testified to their impeccable defense.

Parma are making sure that will no longer go back to the relegation zone (which they did once this season) by making it clear for their rivals that they are among the league’s most formidable contenders. In fact, they have never been beaten in the last 17 match weeks, scouring 35 points from these fixtures alone. They stand proud at number five and are still aiming to reach a much higher rank by the season’s finale.

Football betting tip: Juventus will dominate over Parma.

Sassuolo vs. Sampdoria

Match Date: 26 March 2014 (local)

Match Venue: Città del Tricolore

Rendered goalless by Udinese and stretching their defeats to 18, Sassuolo inevitably remained in the relegation zone. The yo-yo side were quite successful in the two matches prior to the Udinese meeting but their inconsistency made it difficult for them to continue a joyous streak. They have been out of the drop zone a few times, solidifying a resiliency that only a handful could match. With just a few weeks remaining, Eusebio Di Francesco must learn to make both ends meet for his squad to book a second straight stay in the Italian top-flight league.

Obtaining a five-goal clean sheet from Verona, Sampdoria’s performance at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris surprised the majority of the audiences. The success enabled them to climb towards the 11th spot and made themselves 13 points clear of the bottom three. Two goals from Roberto Soriano plus efforts from Gianluca Sansone, Renan, and Angelo Palombo brought Siniša Mihajlović’s men to their best victory of the current season thus far and they are now within two points of barging into the top half.

Sports betting tip: Sampdoria are on their way to achieving another Serie A victory.

After six weeks of excellent displays, Inter Milan sharply dwindled with a defeat from agile Atalanta at San Siro on weekend. The side were aiming to stretch their win to another week and rank into the top four, but the Bergamo squad were just to sprightly during the battle that they successfully went past the powerful goalkeeping skills of Inter’s Samir Handanovic. Mauro Icardi was quick to equalize Giacomo Bonaventura’s opener but the latter’s late rally to clinch a brace proved decisive of the match’s outcome. Inter remain one point behind Fiorentina and currently rank within the top six.

Udinese obtained a 1-0 win over Serie A strugglers Sassuolo on weekend after Antonio Di Natale was the only one to deliver a goal. Di Natale gave his side the lead in the 27th minute and they held on to the end. Both teams were awarded with penalty spot opportunities but none of them converted any of these. The result leaves Udinese still ranking in 14th place but are now 10 points clear of the bottom three.

Online betting tip: Inter Milan will redeem themselves by seizing the silverware from this tourney.
