Wolfsburg

Sitting comfortably in the top five, Wolfsburg are very determined to make this season their strongest in years and will certainly do so if their last nine matches (unbeaten!) will be the only gauge. Other clubs like Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart, and Werder Bremen have enjoyed some success in recent times, but the next side to emerge as a legitimate Bundesliga superpower could well be VfL Wolfsburg―and that is according to Jurgen Klopp himself, Dortmund manager.

Wolfsburg are somewhat in a Renaissance period, following a reported increase of funding from their major sponsor, Volkswagen, as well as new signing of Kevin De Bruyne. At the squad, the former Chelsea midfielder will be expected to work as part of an attacking trio just behind striker Ivica Olic—and probably between Daniel Caligiuri and Diego.

Hannover

Hannover are apparently having a difficult run this season, although not as problematic as Nurnberg or Eintracht Braunschweig. They are currently positioned at number 13, two points clear of Hamburg but behind Hoffenheim by goal difference. Thus far, they have only won in five matches, drawn in three, and were beaten in nine.

Tayfun Korkut’s squad only triumphed once in their last 11 Bundesliga matches; majority of these fixtures ended in a defeat including their most recent one (versus Freiburg 2-1). This is an alarming streak by obvious measures, and the squad must take the most potent cure to this disease if they are not interested in the plunging into the table’s most dreaded spots.

Online betting tip: Based on form and consistency alone, Wolfsburg are the clear favorites to win in this match. Hannover need to overhaul their attack-defense system in order for them to avoid more serious problems.
