Hertha BSC have never been able to go back to the top half of the league rankings since their season debut, made very difficult by their fruitless outings in three matches. Their six appearances in Bundesliga may have given them eight goals to be happy about but them  being submerged in the table’s bottom five clearly necessitates major reforms in their playing style. Their most recent tourney, the one against Augsburg, was proof to their lack of enough attacking power and low defensive caliber.

Stuttgart, meanwhile, have finally picked up all the three from their latest tourney following weeks of very poor showings. They were in the relegation zone in the past three weeks prior to their victory at Hannover 96, and were taken out from danger through a clever Christian Gentner pass converted by Daniel Schwaab. Nevertheless, they are still challenged by a major problem in aerial duels and in the defense against long shots.

Football betting tip: Hertha Berlin have a better shot than Stuttgart at winning this battle.

Bayern Munich vs. Hannover

Match Date: 04 October 2014 (local)

Match Venue: Allianz Arena

The defending champions are still leading most statistical measures and are very likely to spend another season atop the final league rankings. Unbeaten in nine consecutive matches, including wins in Bundesliga, Champions League, and DFB Pokal, Der FCB will cast the most confidence to embark on a very fruitful campaign. Hannover 96 meanwhile, have shown dramatic improvements since the last season. In fact, they have never been out of the top six since the tournament kicked off a few weeks ago. However, two of their last three battles in Bundesliga resulted in frustrating results. On both occasions, they were rendered goalless by their opponents.

Sports betting tip: Bayern Munich will control the game and none of the Honnover players will be able to score.
